Summary:
Norbert Olthuis was one of a kind. In a former school building hidden in the heart of Amsterdam, the artist lived in his greatest work of art - his own studio. Apart from his complete works consisting of countless drawings and paintings made in Holland and abroad, he kept whatever he used in daily life. His work Norbert Olthuis dearly cherished and kept in secret. He never exhibited, nor became famous. After his death the work was divided among relatives, friends and several museums, leaving his life work to live on in memory and in this precious feature.
